We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times & rates

European Union: 5–10 business days.
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days.
United States: 7–12 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping thresholds, when available, are shown at checkout.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped within the destination market are handled so that no unexpected customs fees apply in normal circumstances. If duties or taxes are due on delivery in your country, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. Parcels confirmed lost are reshipped or refunded in full.
