30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover everything.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no need to send the item back in most cases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.
